Project Summary

  • UEW designed and installed a comprehensive ELV system for CICPA's facility in Ruwais Ghayathi. This may have included intercom systems, a public address system, a fire alarm system, a security system, and data cabling, ensuring clear communication, enhanced security, and efficient data transmission throughout the facility also collaborating with Winner Holistic Consultants, Unicorn Electrical Works implemented a customized ELV system for another CICPA project in Ruwais Ghayathi. The scope of work may have encompassed elements like CCTV cameras, access control systems, and a building management system, optimizing security, access control, and automated building operations.

    These Ruwais Ghayathi projects for CICPA involved the design, installation, and commissioning of customized ELV systems. The key challenge resided in ensuring each system seamlessly integrated with the existing infrastructure while adhering to all safety regulations and meeting CICPA's specific requirements. UEW addressed this challenge through:


    • Close Collaboration: Working effectively with Capital Engineering Consultancy and Winner Holistic Consultants in each project ensured clear communication and a deep understanding of CICPA's vision.
    • Meticulous Planning & Design: UEW meticulously planned and designed the ELV systems to optimize functionality, minimize disruption during installation, and maximize long-term system performance.
    • Skilled Installation & Testing: Our team of qualified technicians executed the installations with precision, followed by thorough testing and commissioning to guarantee each system operated flawlessly.
